Disney Channel was a channel owned by Disney that, as of the mid-2000's to its demise in 2022 (due to the existence and popularity of Disney's own stream service Disney+) aired almost nothing but teen "sitcoms" and rarely any cartoons, as opposed to its introduction in the 1980's throughout the early 2000's. It was made by Disney so they could get money (stupid greedy companies like wikia). Most former users only watched it for Phineas and Ferb and Gravity Falls. It had 2 sister channels, Disney Jr. (formerly Playhouse Disney) and Disney XD (formerly Jetix).

I lost interest in Disney Channel a long time ago. The live action shows are very cliche and do nothing to feel different. Phineas and Ferb got boring for me a little after 2011. Gravity Falls and Wander Over Yander are good but not enough to save this downhill channel.

Phineas and Ferb - Decent, but as of late, just not my thing. I wish this show the success it deserves.

Gravity Falls - Another decent selection. I can stand this show, but it's starting to get a little too memetic, which makes me worry it'll end up like My Little Pony, a show I despise (I have an opinion, so don't get butthurt over it, thank you very much.), which is more than just spammed all over this pathetic internet.

Fish Hooks - Pretty bland and I dislike the characters.

Hannah Montana - Disgraceful bull.

Good Luck Charlie - Don't get me started. It's bad enough my little brother likes it, but the humor in it is so zetta terrible. They bring some "jokes" way to far, and the acting is pretty bad. An example of this?

That was just a teribble joke and it showed how flat and self-centered the main character is.

Shake It Up - If I have to explain to you why this show is bad, then you don't deserve to live.

Pretty Much All Live Action Shows by "It's a Laugh Production" - Was this suppose to be intentionally bad? I hope so, because that's the only way I'll ever find quality in these shows.

So Random!-It's a funny show!The only thinkg I dont like about it is the music guests.I wanna see more sketches,not annoying music crapstuffs!

Have a laugh!-"Blam!" overuses the word "Blam",the mini-cartoons are good,and Re-micks are really epic.Depends on the song.

Chuggington-It's a lame show.It has stupid plots,uniteresting concept(Well,talking trains earning badges IS kinda interesting.),and overall stupid.

Little Einsteins-It's a corny show,and fails to teach you anything because you've most likely changed the channel.

Special Agenst Oso-It's a kinda good show,but it has its embarrasing moments,and the plots are for reatarded 5 year olds who need special help(Kinda makes sence now!)

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse-I kinda like it,but its kinda cheap.Overall,I kinda like it,and I like drinking too much milk and shouting "THE BOWL OF PRUNES SOLVES ALL YOUR PROBLEMS" whenever they need a mouskatool.

Jake and The Neverland Pirates-It's a good show,amittedly.It funny,and it's interesting to watch.I like watching Captain Hook ultimatley fail.

Handy Manny-Funny,but you always kinda forget what you're learning about,spanish.YOu forget the word,because they only mention it once,and it can kinda get dumb at times,and the CGI animation is fairly decent.

Overall,Disney Channel is not the great of a channel,but it has it's good moments.So I give it 7 out of 10 Fluubee Burgers.

• Phineas and Ferb: Arguably the best show on the channel. With vibrant animation, an all-star cast, clever and laugh-out-loud humor, as well as catchy songs with each episode, this series is one of the best things to come out TV since Sliced Bread: The Series on CBS. A+.

• Wizards of Waverly Place: Arguably the best live-action show on the channel. A nice departure from the other serieses, this one focuses on fantasy and magic. The jokes are funny, Selena Gomez is pretty, the romance is done quite well for a tween show, and the continuity is amazing. The wizard challenge scene in the movie is one of the best moments of DCOM history. A.

• The Suite Life serieses: Suite Life of Zack and Cody was one of the best DC shows of its time, featuring the mischievous twins, a colorful cast of characters, and, heck, it just made you feel good. A. Suite Life on Deck wasn't as great, but it was one of the few boy-centric shows on DC, so B+.

• Have a Laugh!: 'Bout time Disney has their classic characters on the channel. The short versions of the theatrical cartoons are still great, and seem to be remastered in HD, while "BLAM!" is annoying yet oddly interesting, and "Re-Micks" is... awkward. A-.

• Hannah Montana: The first season brings back memories - back then, Miley Cyrus was just a cute little girl. The second season was less good, but still nice. The third season brought more dough for Disney, a feature film, and Miley Cyrus turning into a monster. The fourth season was in HD, had Hannah's secret revealed to the world, and a tear-jearking series finale. B.

• Good Luck Charlie: Being a family-centric series, this show is a bit more enjoyable than the others. B.

• Fish Hooks: Personally, I don't think the show is that great, but it's one of the two cartoons on DC, so it gets massive points for that. B-.

• So Random!: It's Sonny Without a Chance without Demi Lovato, and a bunch of show spoofs. Sadly, it also had Justin Bieber as a guest star. My ears. C+.

• Jessie: Normally, I wouldn't care too much about a show about this, but it's set in New York City, and it has Debby Ryan of SLOD fame and that Indian kid from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid movie, so FTW. C.

• Shake It Up: Essentially another tween show with contemporary music and "in-the-now" choreography. But Zendaya looks cute, so C-.

• A.N.T. Farm: What's the use of this anyway? When Anne McClain became a "Disney star", did she have to get an unnecessary show with her deal too? D.

I like (A+ - B-) Gravity Falls and Phineas and Ferb and Dog With a Blog and So Random!. The rest is either kinda bad (C+ - D-, i.e. ANT Farm) or unwatchable bad (F - F-, i.e. Shake it Up).

Disney XD

I like this better than the original. Same standings as above. I like Phineas and Ferb and Kick Buttowski and Kid vs. Kat and So Random!. The rest is kinda bad (i.e. Kickin' it) or unwatchable bad (actually, just one comes to mind: Lab Rats).

Everything is unwatchable bad.

• OVERALL: Besides Phineas and Ferb and Gravity Falls, Disney Channel is a massive rollercoaster of both bad and meh shows. Lord, pray for this channel.

• Upcomming- Dog With Blog looks bad, Code 9 ain't gonna last long, but Wonder Over Yonder looks promising with the helm of animation gurus/husband and wife Craig McCracken (Powerpuff Girls, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) and Lauren Faust (My Little Pony Friendship is Magic).

Good Luck Charlie: Why does everyone hate this! It's awesome! The jokes are funny and they base it on someone NORMAL (most shows I see now are about some kind of popstar). Season 3 is meh (What's with the new baby? That came out of nowhere) but I still watch it.

Phineas and Ferb: Good show with funny humor and a bunch of creativity. This is what Disney Channel should be made of.

Gravity Falls: It's ok. Not my favorite, but not the worst.

A.N.T. Farm:......Ok, what? Kids going to highschool just because they're good at singing? Hey, at least I giggle at SOME of the jokes.

In all, I think Disney should create some more cartoons (Gravity Falls is a start) and some more creative shows (most shows I see now are about someone who's always perfect, or a famous popstar. Can we please get a little more real?)

• Phineas and Ferb: While I haven't watched this show in a while, I know that it's GOOD. But, jesus, this show is so overrated on this site it's over mainstream. I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just saying it shouldn't be praised as the God Almighty of TV Shows. A- (7/10)
• Gravity Falls: Usually quite funny, but does have a few bland jokes. Overall, I get a good kick out of this show. A+ (8/10)

• Good Luck Charlie: I seriously don't get why everybody hates this show. Atleast it's decent, this show ahs just been banished to oblivion on this site, along with most teen Disney shows. Has some real good jokes, oh, and guess what? Not everything is drama-based. Sure, there's a few girlfriend-boyfriend issue episodes, but that's only, like not even 1/4 of the show. Some jokes I just don't find funny, but it's pretty good. A- (7/10)
• Fish Hooks: I don't watch this show much, but from what I've seen, most jokes are bad, but it has decency and potential, and a few uncommon funny jokes. B+ (6/10)
• A.N.T. Farm: I usually can't STAND this show, but there are a few good jokes. Main storyline is just...goofy. B- (5/10)

It's not really that bad of a channel, though some of the shows are just plain weird. 8/10

Specific movies/shows

• Phineas and Ferb - Probably the best Disney Channel show I have ever seen. 11/10
• Gravity Falls - I've never fully seen the show itself, but judging the pictures I did see, it's a good show. 8/10
• My Little Pony (G1) - Because I like FiM and because of it being in here, I might as well mention it. I don't really care about the old generations, but it's still a good show. 7/10
• Shake It Up - This show's not that bad even though dancing's not my thing. 4/10
• High School Musical - I can't stand this movie with all of the fans thinking that high school would be a so-called "musical" and it being as easy as they show it in the movie. 0/10

Main Channel

• Phineas and Ferb: It is a good show. I don't know why it ended so soon.
• Gravity Falls: Everything related to this show past Season 1/Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained (except the Weirdmageddon trilogy) are boring, but I don't know why ended sooner than Phineas and Ferb.
• Every single show on Disney Channel as of February 2016 is boring, and is almost completely made up of live-action sitcoms and Disney Junior.

Barely watched at all, weren't interested much in the cartoons, repelled by the so-called "sitcoms". Like tbh could you even call them those? They're literally just soulless slice-of-life/music-based/romcom teen nonsense with fake laugh tracks played after every line, gets annoying really fast. Which is worse, these shows or "Nickcoms" that are more or less the same but more masculine? The "Disney Channel Original Movies" looked much worse, just bland girly teen girl High School Musical wannabes. I wasn't around during the first few years, but they sounded pretty good from what I've heard. Regarding the modern era (mid-2000's - 2022), I'll only spare Phineas & Ferb , Gravity Falls, and Cory in the House solely for the meme value. You never could truly escape the coming of the Meme Princess.

• Gravity Falls - oh hell yea one of my most favorite shows ever. the characters are a blessing and all of them are very likable, from dipper, to mabel (i will defend her, shes one of the best optimistic characters out there), to stan, to bill, they've all got alot of things to live. my favorite has to be stan. as for everything else, the show knows how to tell a damn good story. they can either be lighthearted fun (fight fighters) or smth suspenseful that will leave you on the edge of your seat (into the bunker and not what he seems). its just a beautiful series all around
• Phineas and Ferb - I love this show alot too. i love how it follows a formula in every episode (phineas and ferb decide what to build, candace wants to snitch on them, perry has to stop doofenshmirtz, p&f's invention of the day is gone, episode is over), yet it always manages to mix things up, its not like the loud house where it plays things safe (i elaborated on the Nickelodeon page). its also one of the very few shows where i dont really dislike/hate any episodes. it helps that the show is so creative. an episode where they go on a 24-hour world tour? a dimension where summer is banned? an apocalypse of doofenshmirtz clones? they're all a field of fun. Oh yeah and of course, the songs fuckin S M A C K
• The Owl House - LUMITY IS THE CUTEST AND HEALTHIEST RELATIONSHIP I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A TELEVISION SHOW (watch the owl house if you havent already i could write a whole ass bible about it)
• Fish Hooks - this was pretty underrated ngl, but i have an odd feeling its gonna be one of those hated cartoons that ends up being loved 10 years later (looking directly at you fanboy & chum-chum. people only pretended to love it because the creator of glitch techs also created it, like bruh)
• Kick Buttowski - wooo another underrated gem. also did anyone else realize gunther looks and acts like chris griffin
• The Suite Life of Zach and Cody - this was my shit back in the day
• Wizards of Waverly Place - this too (also the theme song is a BOP)
• Amphibia - only watched a few episodes, its pretty good. might watch more, idk im lazy
