Glitzopolis (formerly called "Balkra") is a city located about a hundred kilometres south of Random City. It is the 3rd largest city in the region and the city with the most skyscrapers. There is also a river that flows through the city that stops 78 kilometres north of Hot Beach.

    History

Balkra was formed a long time ago, possibly some hundreds of years ago, and was one of the main cities for marketing and trades, where multiple things, from livestock to construction materials were imported and exported.

Aside from all that, it also had regular civilisation involving jobs aside from marketing, schools, residency, farming and many more. Remote Balkra had a large farm under the name of "Balkra Farm", with a lot of people working there alongside multiple farm animals and crops. It also had a large exporting area, consisting of multiple carts and people filling them up to send to the public.

It was also given more proof that it existed just before the 19th century, as in 1798, a huge storm occurred, wiping out much of the farmland and killing 300 people, injuring 780(?) more. This can be proven at the Balkra Graveyard and Glitzopolis Museum.

After the events, people had to rebuild much of the city, until in the 1800's where many adjustments were made. Multiple factories were made, more buildings were built, and later on, machines were introduced to the city, and then the mayor told everyone to think of ways to make stuff without disrupting the air (the air pollution was pretty strong, but thankfully lasted a few months).

As such, development became a huge thing there. The Balkra Trade Center was refurbished a bit, roads were being made, cars were introduced, public transport became a thing, highways were built, and the Kennedy Street/Alpha Road Skyscraper was built in 1956 as the first skyscraper in the city.

At the same year, TV was introduced to the city. The first station was named "Orbit" (reason of name unknown as of now), and as such, more radio stations and TV channels were created.

In late 2011, the mayor of the city agreed to have the city renamed to "Balkra City" whilst a new provinstate, "Balkra" was created. It wasn't until August of 2019 when the city would be renamed to "Glitzopolis", and right now, is a very large and popular city.
