We probably need to get this extension for the choose/option stuff to work. Though I don't get how extensions work and I haven't tried messing with them yet. Maybe I'll try to install this later.

Yes. The shape is final. As for topographical features, the land is relatively flat save for a few hills on the far east side and some mountains near the capital city, Cloud City.
